Abigail Raymond is from the Local Government Association. She is the Regional Programme Manager for the One Public Estate Programme in London. This involves working closely with London Boroughs, the GLA, Government Departments and other agencies.
The aim of One Public Estate is to make effective use of public sector assets, unlock land for homes and jobs and transform public services.
Abigail has previously worked at the Department for International Trade on capital investment opportunities and before that was Regional Manager at Homes and Communities Agency (now Homes England).
Abigail is a planner by profession and has been Head of Built Environment at Thanet District Council and Interim CEO at Ashford’s Future. She also held regeneration, urban design and policy positions at Kent County Council.
