Caroline Anderson took up her new post as Director of HR & OD on 18th March 2019. A highly experienced Human Resources and Organisational Development Director (HR&OD) specialising in leading organisation and cultural change is to join the leadership team of Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Caroline joins the Hospital from HM Land Registry where she has been the HR&OD Director for five years. In this highly complex and political role she transformed staff engagement and empowerment through a period of organisational challenge and change.
