Peter took up his current position at Manchester City Council in April this year having spent the previous 7 years facilitating collaboration between the Greater Manchester Authorities to maximise benefits achieved through collaborative procurement specifically in relation to delivery of efficiencies and Social Value outcomes for the locality to support the Greater Manchester Strategy. His role at Manchester City Council is to build on the Council's 10+ years of progressive procurement to deliver consistency across all of the Council's Commissioning and Procurement activity.
