The Urban Land Institute (ULI) is the oldest and largest network of cross-disciplinary real estate and land use experts in the world. Founded in 1936, it has over 45,000 members worldwide, representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines working in private enterprise and public service. As a nonprofit research and education organisation supported by its members, the ULI mission is to shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide.
